Paying Your Fees
All TnCIS application and program fees are paid at your home institution. Contact your institutional rep with your questions. Here is the general process for payments:
- Application fees are paid at your home institution by the published deadline. Your application will not be reviewed until the fee is paid and reported by your institutional rep.
- You will receive an acceptance notification email from TnCIS with next steps which will include the program fee payment deadline.
- To calculate your program fee payment, verify your program costs below and subtract any scholarships, grants, or discounts confirmed in your acceptance email.
- Once you've calculated your program fee payment, visit your campus cashier’s/bursar’s office to pay by the deadline stated in your email acceptance.
- After you pay a fee, the institutional rep will inform TnCIS and your student portal will be updated. Contact your rep if the fee is not reported.
IMPORTANT: You WILL NOT be able to pay the program fee until you are accepted. Always keep receipts for fees paid. All payments are subject to the Cancellation Policy below.
