How do I submit a transcript and my recommendation?


Please follow these instructions to make sure you get your transcript and online recommendation form to TnCIS.

Transcripts should be requested by the student in your Records or Registrar's office.  Ask for an official transcript to be sent to TnCIS directly from the Registrar.  Be sure to request that your current semester coursework will show on the transcript.  A hard copy should be mailed directly to TnCIS in a sealed envelope.  The mailing address for TnCIS is on our Contact Us page and below.  Pellissippi State students should request interoffice mail to AL 103.

An Online Recommendation Form should be submitted through the TnCIS website.  Please have a faculty member who has had you in class go to our forms page and click on the Online Recommendation Form.  S/he should complete the form and click the submit button.  After submission, the faculty member will receive a confirmation email with a copy of the form.  The student can also send the professor the link below and it will take the professor directly to the Forms page on the TnCIS website. 

Cut and paste this URL https://www.tncis.org/study_abroad/online_recommendation_form.aspx into an email to send to your faculty person.
